How do I order ?
You can choose the product of your choice and add it to your cart. To add to the cart, simply click on the button labeled "Add to Cart". Once you have added all of your products to the cart, click on the "My Cart" button on the top right corner or "Go to Cart" and click on "Order".
What are the shipping times ?
Our shop is committed to dispatching your items as quickly as possible. The parcels are shipped within 48h after the order has been validated (no orders are processed on Saturday or Sunday). You will receive your order within 11-20 business days (Monday-Friday) from your shipping confirmation email.
Are you still delivering your parcels during the COVID crises ?
Despite the difficult period we are going through, we are proud to maintain our activities as usual. Whether you choose to be receive at home, at work or on holiday, you can be sure that all our orders are processed following all guidelines and with the upmost care. However, it is possible that the packages may be delayed due to circumstances related to the crisis that we cannot control.
Where is my package ?
We are currently experiencing some minor processing delays due to additional Health and Safety Procedures. Due to significant increases in order volume and additional safety measures within warehouses and sorting centers, some packages may be longer than expected.

Why does it take so long to arrive ?
To avoid elevated stocking fees and man hours, our merchandise is stored in warehouses all over the world. This allows us to offer far lower prices, all the while offering a native customer service team to handle all your queries.
I received my package, but it's been open and there are elements missing, what can I do?
If you realize that your package has been opened during the delivery, make a note of it on the shipping label. Be sure to note the articles that are missing, as well as the quantity. Contact us using our contact page and our customer service team will guide you through the steps to solve this issue.

If you have sent us a message via our contact page or our email address, we are committed to answering all of our message within 48h. This delay can be extended during the launch of new collection, sales and end of the year holidays.
Can I change the product if I don't like it ?
If you want to make an exchange, contact our service team using our contact page. Our team will be happy to provide you with our return address and provide you with a unique discount code to re-order the product of your choice, on us!
Is my payment secure ?
Payments via bank card or Paypal on our web site are secured. We use an SSL secure server to protect your financial details. All credit cards, Visa and Mastercard are accepted. After the transaction has been completed, a confirmation will be sent to you by email.
I haven't received confirmation of my order ?
This can happen when the email has been entered incorrectly or when your spam filter has redirected it. Please double check the spelling of your email address and the spam folder of your email.
Can I change the shipping address on my order ?
If you need to change your address, please contact us as quickly as possible using our contact page. We might still be able to change it. However, if the parcel has already been sent, we will be unable to proceed.
Can I trust you ?
Of course! We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal payments. These industry leading companies would never allow us to accept their products if our overall percentage of satisfied customer was too low. Our shop is constantly monitored.
What if the product I want isn't available ?
Despite our full commitment to assuring that our shop stays fully stocked, it is possible that an article be out of stock, temporarily. We invite you to come back to our website regularly to check if it is once again available.
